At Centralian Middle School, your young person will be instructed by a highly professional, motivated team of educators.
Below, you will find all enrolment forms conveniently in a single PDF, alternatively, you may access the online enrolment form on the DET website. However please be aware that you will be required to present and sign all enrolment forms on site.
Section 22 of the Education Act provides that parents are legally responsible for ensuring that a child of compulsory school age (6-17) in their custody attends school on each day, and/or such parts of each day, that instruction is provided at the school for the young person.
